AI chat platform for websites

SaaS. Backend, APIs, plugins and widgets

A multi-tenant platform that puts an AI assistant on any website. It answers from the business's own content, checks live tour availability, finds products, creates invoices, and hands the conversation to staff when a person is needed. I built the backend, the APIs, the embeddable widget and the WordPress, WooCommerce and Bókun plugins. I also connected Bókun and Payday, moved AI model settings to subscription plans, and handled live hosting incidents.

WooCommerce and DK Plus connector

ERP integration. Plugin development and live support

Keeps WooCommerce shops and the DK Plus accounting system in sync. It covers products and variations, serial-number stock, retail and wholesale prices, shipping, customers and invoices, all driven by webhooks. I maintain the plugin and debug it on live shops.

Marketplace deal flow

Feature work and redesign on a live marketplace

I joined an existing marketplace to build the features that close deals. Buyers and sellers chat live, make offers and counter-offers, and pay with Stripe or Rapyd. Admins can cancel agreed deals that were never paid, and every listing gets a share card for social media. I also redesigned large parts of the interface.

Ali Malik

I'm Ali. For five years I've built software for online businesses, much of it the part nobody sees: getting shops, accounting systems, booking platforms and payment providers to agree with each other.

I work across the stack: PHP and Laravel, WordPress and WooCommerce, Next.js and React, and React Native. I stay on after launch and debug live shops when something breaks. Outside client work I build my own products, from a browser toolbox to Unity puzzle games.
